CURRICULUM 

At Green Valley Islamic College, we have a wide ranging curriculum which we feel best suits the needs which have been developed to ensure that all students in our school have an equal opportunity to develop to their full potential.

Green Valley Islamic College is both registered and accredited with the NSW Board of Studies. The College has adopted the NSW Board of Studies Curriculum which includes the 6 Key Learning Areas of:

§          Mathematics

§          Science and Technology

§          Human Studies & Its Environment

§          Personal Development, Health and Physical Education

§          Creative Arts

Apart from the Board of Studies curricula we also provide basic education in:

§          Computer Studies

§          Arabic Studies

§          Islamic Studies (Imaaniyat, Ibaadat, Akhlaaq, Adaab and Islamic History)

§          Quran Studies (Verses from the Holy Quran and their meanings)

Dhur prayer is compulsory for all students.
